In this way, you can easily receive your payment through a bank in Europe, as if you were living in Europe.

In addition, the commission they receive when transferring the payment you receive to your own bank account or converting rate is very low compared to a normal bank. It is also very simple to use.

Second step: After activating the account, choose which currency you will be paid in. Since Medium is a US-based company, you will be paid in USD. However, even if you choose EUR, it does not matter, you can open a EUR account and receive your payment in that way.

Third step: The system gave me a bank account detail where I can receive EUR payment. So it looks like I have an account with that bank. Since the company works with Deutsche Bank in Brussels, there is a bank account opened. My main account is EUR. However, you also open a USD and TRY account. It will also allow you to receive payments in that currency.

To do this, click on 'Balances' from the menu on the left. From there you can open any amount of additional accounts. It will look like the following.

Step four: Send money to the account. You cannot fully use your account without sending money and authenticating it. To do this, click on your main account and press 'Add EUR'. As the main account in me is EUR, it says so. Maybe the currency of your main account is different. After you click on this, I think send at least 20 EUR, it's on the account. Clicking "Next" will give the bank account information below. You will send the money to the bank account, which also has the relevant information. The money will be transferred to your Transferwise account in an estimated few hours.

Step five: Finally, it will ask you to load the duplex scan of your ID card or other documents for authentication. Scan your document from your phone with the Adobe Scan program and upload it to the system. If it fails, tilt the photo left and right and send it again. He will accept.
